(NECN) - The decline in oil prices sends stocks higher again. The Dow Jones Industrial Average jumped 48 points to close at 11,782. The Nasdaq Composite rose 25 to 2,439. The S&P 500 climbed 9 to finish at 1305.
Regionally, Bloomberg's New England Index gained six points. The New England Tech Stock Index went up nearly two.
