Tips for college seniors entering the work force

(NECN) - It's that time of the year, college seniors are graduating, and entering the work force.

In a sluggish economy, landing a job can be difficult and daunting.

Joining us this morning with tips on how to stand out, is Nicholas Wegman, Executive Director of the Chase Career Center at the UMass Amherst Isenberg School of Management.

He discusses some crucial skills needed such as networking, work ethic, and setting goals.
