(NECN) - You could have problems with cell phone service if Verizon workers carry out a proposed strike.
More than a quarter of Verizon's workforce, 65,000 workers are threatening to walk off the job after executives demanded healthcare cutbacks.
That could affect Verizon's cell phone and FIOS services.
The deadline for a new employee contract expires this Saturday.
It workers do strike, it would be the third one in less than a decade.
