(NECN) - Dr. Sasha Stiles of the Tufts Obesity Consult Center said that obesity is a rather natural end with the way our lifestyles and genetics are constructed.
One way in which we can fight obesity today is getting our children outside more often. Living a rather sedentary childhood can put a child on the path toward obesity.
Also, tempering our diets to eat the right foods, rather than the easy foods, is another step that can be taken.
