Many people are feeling more anxious about things than normal, having difficulty sleeping and this may trigger eating disorders or domestic violence issues.
Doctors say it is not just the mind -- high blood pressure, cardiac issues and stomach issues are also some of the risks when feeling extremely overwhelmed.
