| June 3, 2008 Mass. health care program meets key goals

(Brad Puffer, NECN: Boston, Mass.) - Massachusetts' landmark health care program is meeting some of its key goals, according to a survey conducted by the Urban Institute.
The study found that more than 350,000 people gained insurance through the program. But, 5% of taxpayers still don't have health insurance. More than half of those, or about 100,000 people, have been fined under the new law.
