Body of Mass. soldier killed in Iraq comes home

(NECN: Hanscom Air Force Base) - A Massachusetts soldier killed in a vehicle rollover in Iraq will be laid to rest this weekend. Calling hour for Sergeant Jordan Shay will be held tomorrow from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Twomey, LeBlanc and Conte Funeral Home in Newburyport. A funeral Mass for the 22-year-old will be held on Saturday morning at Holy Family Parish in Amesbury. Cremation will be held at a later date. The Amesbury High School graduate and another soldier died September 3 in Baqubah, Iraq, of injuries sustained during the rollover. Shay's body arrived home in Massachusetts this morning.
