(NECN/WFTV) - Casey Anthony, the young mother of missing three-year-old Caylee Anthony, is being sued. High profile Orlando, Florida attorney, John Morgan, filed a lawsuit on behalf of a woman named Zenida Gonzales -- the same name as the so-called nanny, that Casey claims, kidnapped her little girl. T-shirts like "The Nanny Did It" and "Zany the Nanny" are just some of the reasons why Zenaida Gonzales is suing Anthony. Gonzales has never shown her face, but says thousands of people believe she either kidnapped or killed Caylee Anthony. "We want to make sure is that Casey Anthony does not profit for throwing Zenaida Gonzlaes under the bus. They are out there talking about movie deals, book deals there are T-shirts being sold," said Morgan. Morgan is seen on TV ads and has a firm of 130 attorneys. He is representing Gonzales in the defamation lawsuit. After Caylee was reported missing, Casey told detectives she dropped off the girl at Gonzales' apartment off Conwawy Road and now has no idea where the child is. Gonzales says she's never met Casey, and wants her name cleared. Morgan says his client's private life has been turned upside down. They want a settlement that could be partly paid out of the Anthony homeowner's insurance policy. Gonzales says she's had trouble finding a job since this whole incident. Phone calls were not returned that were made to the Anthony spokesperson. Mary Nguyen reports.
