(NECN: Morris, IL) - Oreos. Not what you would expect to see along the highway in the morning, but they certainly made the trip a little sweeter in Morris, Illinois.

An early morning accident caused a truck carrying Oreo cookies to overturn, spilling the cookies along Interstate 80.

Police say the driver of the truck fell asleep at the wheel and hit the median.

Investigators say the crash happened about 50 miles west of Chicago around 4 a.m.

No charges have been filed in the accident.
