(NECN: Port Isabel, Texas) - The leading edge of Hurricane Dolly rolled into South Texas Wednesday, bringing high winds and heavy rain.
The storm packed winds of about 85 mph Wednesday morning as it started coming in near the Texas-Mexico border.
Up to 15 inches of rain and tornadoes are also possible on the back side of the storm.
State emergency crews and resources are on standby if needed.
