(NECN: New Orleans, Louisiana) - A solemn burial has been held for the remaining unclaimed 80 victims of Hurricane Katrina, which devastated much of the Gulf Coast three years ago.
At least 1,836 people lost their lives in Hurricane Katrina and in the subsequent flooding when the levee system had a catastrophic breach.
The burial happened at Charity Hospital Cemetery on Canal Street.
