| March 28, 2008 Rare white camel nursed back to health
|
(NECN: Cedarburg, WI) - A special patient is home after two weeks of intensive care at the University of Wisconsin Veterinary Hospital.
This is Seymour. He's a rare, white camel from Cedarburg, Wisconsin.
When Seymour was born, his owners say he was weak, depressed, wasn't eating or walking. His mother was too weak to nurture him after his birth.
Now, thanks to the care of UW vet students and some llama plasma, he's a whole, new camel.
