December 3, 2008 Boston boy abducted during armed robbery

BOSTON (AP) - Boston police say a 9-year-old boy who may have been abducted during a robbery in Boston's Mattapan neighborhood has bend found and is safe.

Police did not immediately have information on where David Encarnacion was located or the circumstances. No arrests are reported.

Earlier, a man told police he was walking on River Street with the boy when the gunmen approached him and fled with the boy in a vehicle Wednesday afternoon.
