(Latoyia Edwards, NECN) - American college education has become too expensive, at least according to a new report out Wednesday that gives 49 of 50 states an 'F' when it comes to affordability.
California is the only state in that did not fail the "Measuring Up 2008" study.
Students are still graduating from four and two-year colleges, but the costs are hindering some low-income students.
