(NECN) - **Conditions as of 3:30 pm** It is not just road traffic we are monitoring this afternoon, but air travel as well. There is an airport weather warning in effect at Boston's Logan Airport thorough 9 pm tonight.
Massport spokesman Matthew Brelis says Logan is open and operating. Flights are arriving and departing. He says that at the moment there are currently three runways operating.
