(Scot Yount, NECN: Boston) - Boston Mayor Tom Menino will likely talk about the safety of Boston's fire trucks in his "State of the City" address tonight. Much of the speech is expected to focus on city finances, and possible layoffs.
The city of Boston is facing deep cuts. Bostonians will feel the pinch, as analysts are predicting the city will be forced to cut teachers, police, fire and other employees across all departments, to make up for a $140 million budget shortfall.
