(NECN: Prat Thakkar: Boston, MA) - Thousands are expected to attend a wake for Boston firefighter Kevin Kelly in Quincy Tuesday from 4 to 8 pm at the Keohane Funeral Home.
He's being buried Wednesday.
Meanwhile, at least one Boston fire truck has failed brake inspections.
A brake issue is suspected in repeated fire truck accidents, including the one that claimed Kelly's life on Friday.
The Boston firefighters union wants every fire truck inspected for safety issues.
Mayor Tom Menino agrees, but says that is an issue that needs to be discussed with the union.
NECN reporter Prat Thakkar has more from Boston firefighters union headquarters.
