Tall Ship Eagle docks at Charlestown Navy Yard


(NECN: Greg Wayland, Boston, Mass.) - Tomorrow, Boston's waterfront will be a busy place, bustling with people coming to see the Tall Ships. Many of the ships are already docked in the harbor.

They include the Charlestown Navy Yard at Pier 1 and Pier 4, the Seaport World Trade Center and the Fish Pier.

Organizers say 12 of the sailing vessels will be open for public tours Thursday through Sunday. Other ships plan to dock privately.

The 45 ships, participating in the Tall Ships Atlantic Challenge, come from 17 different countries and will leave for Halifax, Nova Scotia, after their time in Boston.
