(NECN) - In today's Sidebar, we're talking about defrocked priest Paul Shanley. Massachusetts' highest court is considering an appeal.

Shanley's attorney argues the former Catholic priest, who was convicted of child rape should get a new trial, saying a victim's testimony based on repressed memory should never have been admitted.
