November 4, 2009 Report: MBTA's financial issues put riders at risk Play video

(NECN: Boston, Mass.) - A new report due out today from the Deval Patrick administration states that the MBTA's financial woes are putting riders at risk.

According to a Boston Globe review of that report, more than 50 safety projects have gone unfunded because of "a mountain of red ink."
