July 31, 2008 2-year-old Chicopee, MA girl abducted from daycare by father Play video

(NECN/ABC) - Police in western Massachusetts said a two-year-old girl was abducted from a daycare center by her father.

Police believe Joel Brown took his daughter Justice Rose Brown and fled to New York.

It all happened around 5:30pm Wednesday at the Arbors Daycare Center.

Brown may be driving a black or blue four door car -- possibly with Florida license plates.

There are two reports on the plate number:

R858L or RB58L

Police said there has been a restraining order issued against the father.
