KITTERY, Maine (AP) - A diver has recovered the body of a
Kittery lobsterman who was lost at sea five days ago off the Isles
of Shoals.
The Maine Public Safety department said the body of 46-year-old
Christopher Tobey was picked up by the Coast Guard on Friday and
was positively identified.
Tobey, his 16-year-old son and another crew member were tossed
into the water Sunday when their 40-foot boat capsized after being
struck by a large wave. The teen and crewman made it to Duck
Island, near the New Hampshire line, where they were rescued
Monday.
