(NECN: Brad Puffer, Boston, Mass.) - One year ago today, two Boston firefighters died while battling a fire at a restaurant in West Roxbury.
Cahill and Payne died when kitchen grease exploded at the Tai Ho Chinese Restaurant.
The restaurant is no longer there -- a "for lease" sign hangs in its new glass windows.
Plaques honoring the firefighters are being installed at the firehouse and a moment of silence was observed.
