'Brew Crew' lends helping hand to flood victims

(Mary Morin, NECN: Hancock, VT) - After several damaging storms this summer, you could say a large cleanup effort is now brewing in Hancock, Vermont. Thanks in part to volunteers from one local company.

With shovels in hand, Volunteers from Green Mountain Coffee repaired flood ravaged driveways in the town. Last Wednesday rushing waters washed out Route 125, flooded homes and stranded some residents.

Even though many of the volunteers had their own flooding troubles to worry about, they still worked hard to help their neighbors.

Vermont is still waiting to hear back from the president if federal funds to help the area have been approved yet.
