|
(NECN) - People in New Hampshire are getting major help in their winter heating bills.
On Saturday, Congress approved more than $5 billion for the low income home energy assistance program.
It includes more than $46 million for granite state residents.
This year's budget is the largest amount ever provided for LIHEAP assistance.
President Bush is expected to sign the measure this week.
