(Keith Baldi, NECN) - Flash flooding, as New Englanders have learned over the past couple days, can bring horrendous damages. Today, a portion of Desert Road in Freeport, Maine collapsed. Other roads suffered similar fates, leaving locals to worry about the potential problems emergency vehicles would have reaching them in an emergency.
