| June 16, 2008 Graphic, emotional testimony in Entwistle trial
|
(NECN: Prat Thakkar, Woburn, Mass.) - The defense team of Neil Entwistle is trying to paint the picture of a happy family in court. The British man's attorneys are hoping to play down the alleged motive that the defendant was in debt and dissatisfied with his sex life when his wife and nine-month-old daughter were killed in their Hopkinton, Massachusetts home in January 2006.
A report has surfaced today that a nude photo of Neil Entwistle is circulating on the Internet.
In trial Monday, a state police chemist, Deanna Dygan,
identified a blood-covered undershirt and polka dot sleeper worn by
the baby, and the nightshirt worn by Rachel Entwistle.

Neil
Entwistle averted his eyes when jurors were shown the bloodied
pajamas. His mother, Yvonne, sobbed. Rachel Entwistle's mother and
stepfather held hands.
Dygan said she determined that the gunshot to Lillian's chest
was a "contact shot," with the gun pressed directly against the
target.
