(Scot Yount, NECN: Boston, Mass.) - Thursday afternoon, hundreds of Boston area hospital workers turned out in the Longwood Medical Center area to rally for better care and better jobs.

They are demanding freedom from hospital CEOs to hold their own union elections.

The Dropkick Murphys played at the rally held by the state's largest healthcare union.

The hospital CEOs say they are not doing anything to prevent union election.
