(NECN: Josh McElveen, Fitchburg, Mass.) - Human remains found in a wooded area of Fitchburg, Massachusetts have been identified as those of a woman who disappeared nearly two years ago. The remains were found Friday on Water Street. Dental records identified them as Sharon Norris.
Two children playing in the area stumbled upon the skeletal
remains.
Norris, who also known as Sharon Kuykendall, was last seen alive
in August of 2006.
The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner is working to determine
the cause and manner of her death.
