Nine car crash injures three

(NECN: John Moroney, Allston, Mass.) - Traffic problems caused by Thursday morning's multi-vehicle crash in Boston were felt well into the afternoon. A truck lost control, hitting several vehicles and then bursting into flames. The accident happened at the intersection of Commonwealth and Brighton Avenues.

Police say nine vehicles were involved in the accident.

Three people, including the truck driver, were treated for minor injuries.

Nearby buildings were evacuated on fears the truck was carrying hazardous chemicals. None were found.

There is no immediate word on what caused the crash.
