(NECN: Josh McElveen, South Boston, Mass.) - The woman accused of setting fire to her lover's home, killing her two children went before a judge Monday. 25-year-old Nicole Chuminski has been ordered held on $1 million cash bail.
Chuminski pleaded not guilty to murder and arson charges.
Prosecutors say Nicole Chuminski set the April 6th blaze hours after getting into an argument with the girls' mother, Anna Reisopoulos.
Killed in the fire were 14-year old Acia Johnson and 2-year old
Sophia Johnson. Officials said the sisters became trapped on the
top floor of the burning triple-decker and died in each other's
arms.
