(NECN: Wellesley, Mass.) - One person is dead and there's a major traffic mess on Route 128 South in Wellesley, Massachusetts. It happened just after 1:00 Wednesday afternoon near the exit to Route 16.
Police say a driver lost control of his car, swerved all the way across the road into the median, then went back across the highway and hit a truck in the breakdown lane.
Three lanes of the highway were closed for over two hours. They've all been reopened now.
