(NECN) - The mayor of Gloucester, Mass., Carolyn Fink, is outraged after the Horribles Parade in Beverly, Mass. poked fun at the recent spike in her city's pregnancy rate.
The parade featured a float that showed young women dancing and made up to appear pregnant.
Fink wasn't the only one offended though - three parade judges walked off.
