(Greg Wayland, NECN: Boston, Mass.) - Mark Lunsford, the father of a young girl murdered by a repeat sex offender is in Massachusetts Wednesday.
Lunsford is pushing state lawmakers to pass Jessica's Law, which would carry tougher penalties for people convicted of sex crimes against children.
