(Greg Wayland, NECN: Boston, Mass.) - Private First Class Vincent Mannion, a New England solider who was injured in Iraq, was released from hospital Tuesday.
Mannion was the first soldier from the region to get private hospital care for severe traumatic brain injury. He spent 14 months at Spaulding Rehabilitation Center in Boston.
