(NECN: Everett, Mass.) - A school custodian and basketball coach in Everett, Massachusetts has pleaded not guilty to charges that he repeatedly raped a 12-year-old boy over a six-month period in 2007.
Robert Shea was ordered held on $15,000 cash bail. He's charged with two counts of child rape and three counts of indecent assault and battery.
Authorities say Shea lives in the boy's neighborhood.
Prosecutors say there were earlier reports of inappropriate activity with children by Shea in 2005, when a witness said he saw Shea in the bathroom with a boy.
