(NECN: Brad Puffer, Brookline, Mass.) - Police in Brookline, Massachusetts have arrested a school van driver, who is accused of sexually assaulting an elementary school student.
41-year-old Israel Santiago of Roslindale is charged with two counts of aggravated rape, kidnapping and indecent assault and battery on a child under 14.
Investigators allege Santiago assaulted the girl in a parking lot Friday as she was being driven home from school in a van operated by YCN Transportation Inc.
Brookline police say they were alerted to the alleged assault by her parent.
According to the company's Web site, YCN transports children and adults with special needs to various schools and day programs.
