WINCHESTER, N.H. (AP) - Police in Winchester, New Hampshire, say a 17-year-old teenager has been shot in the head at a party and one man has been arrested.
State police responded to a home around 2:30 a.m. Saturday.
As they approached the house, police stopped a car traveling in the opposite direction. Officials say they found Daniel Goodchild of Keene inside the car suffering from a gunshot wound to the head.
Goodchild was listed in critical condition early Sunday at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center.
The driver of the car, 51-year-old Randy Whitten Jr., was arrested and charged with felony reckless conduct.
Whitten is scheduled to be arraigned Monday morning.
