| September 7, 2008 Worcester, MA gets soaked by Hanna
|
(NECN) - Hanna is still soaking parts of New England on Sunday morning and it was one wild night.
Take a look at these pictures from Worcester, Massachusetts where major street flooding caused several cars to stall out in the Posner Square area.
The surging waters blew at least one manhole cover right off its top, creating a geyser on one busy street.
Some restaurants employees had to get creative while trying to leave work late last night.
They substituted buckets for boots as they tried to make their way to their cars.
One customer was even carried to her car when flood waters rushed toward the front door of the restaurant.
