House passes health care bill by slimmest of margins

(NECN/ABC) - It was a squeaker, but in the end President Obama got what he wanted.

The House of Representatives, meeting in a rare, late night Saturday session, passed a health care reform bill, but just barely.

One Republican broke with his party to join Democrats.

The new legislation still faces multiple hurdles and a Senate vote on it might not happen until next year.
