(NECN) - Massachusetts House Speaker Sal DiMasi has been in the headlines recently when allegations of ethics violations were reported by the Boston Globe.
The state Republican party filed a series of complaints with state ethics commission.
Earlier this week the Speaker came out and vigorously denied the allegations.
Now reports have surfaced that there is a push on Beacon Hill to replace him as Speaker.
Speaker DiMasi joins NECN's Chet Curtis to discuss the allegations.
