(NECN: Rochester, NH) - Joe Biden held a campaign rally this morning in Rochester, New Hampshire.
"We've been through tough times before folks...the Obama-Biden administration is going to pull together the leaders of both political parties because we have a long history of actually doing it," said the Delaware senator. "None of this is beyond our capability, none of this is beyond our capacity."
"In who's hands are we going to put these tools to put this country back together," asked the Democratic vice presidential candidate. "We need more than a war hero, we need a wise leader." "John's hands have been everything, but certain in the past year."
Biden went on to say that Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin was in the sixth grade the last time that John McCain had a good idea.
