| October 13, 2008 Biden says McCain is about attacks, not change

(NECN: Rochester, NH) - Democratic vice presidential candidate Joe Biden returned to New Hampshire today. The Delaware senator spoke this morning during a campaign rally in Rochester.
"John McCain wants to attack Barack Obama and Barack Obama wants to tackle the problems that face America today," said Biden. "These attacks don't hurt Barack Obama, these attacks don't hurt me...beyond the attacks, what is John McCain really offering," asked Biden. "Name me something fundamental that John McCain would do in the next four years."
"You can't change the next four years if you stood with George Bush the last eight years," said Biden.
"You can't change the next four years if you simply continue George Bush's shoot first and ask questions later foreign policy. You can't change the next four years if you believe we should continue to spend $10 billion a month in Iraq...we will end this war," said Biden.
