(NECN) - Both Campaigns are denouncing the upcoming cover of the New Yorker magazine.
The magazine shows Obama in full Muslim dress standing next to his wife Michelle, who's carrying a machine gun.
The New Yorker insists the picture, which was titled "Politics of Fear" was meant to make fun of right wing depictions of the Obama's.
An Obama campaign spokesperson called the cover tasteless and offensive. A sentiment echoed by the McCain campaign.
