(NECN) - It's all over on Tuesday. The last two Democratic Presidential contest are on Tuesday. Barack Obama needs 47 delegates to clinch the nomination. Hillary Clinton is trying to win over undecided super-delegates and some who are already committed to Obama. To discuss these topics and more is Thomas Whalen a historian and professor at Boston University.
