(NECN) - Likely Republican nominee John McCain spent yesterdays primary day focusing Judicial appointments.
The Arizona Senator was in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He criticized Barack Obama for voting against the confirmation of Chief Justice John Roberts and Associate Justice Samuel Alito.
Hillary Clinton also voted against them, but McCain focused on Obama.
McCain says he will appoint judges who understand there are limits to judicial power.
Obama's campaign responded, saying McCain would pick judges that threaten Roe Vs. Wade, the case that legalized abortion.
The Arizona Senator did not mention abortion rights on Monday in his speech.
