After all the speeches and the hoopla of back-to-back conventions, the 2008 contest for president is suddenly looking like a replay...
Oh, sure, there's history being made on --both-- tickets. But put aside gender and the politics of black and white.... this one could be yet another battle of red and blue...
My guests for the next half hour can't be accused of picking the winners in the 2008 primary season...
Republican strategist Charley Manning was a supporter of Mitt Romney.
And democratic political analyst Michal Regunberg went to bat for Hillary Clinton.
Tonight, we find out what advice they have for John McCain and Barack Obama.
But first, we will hear from the candidates.
McCain spoke Friday at a rally in Wisconsin. Obama spoke to factory workers in Scranton, Pennsylvania.
