Obama, Clinton talk trash on WWE Raw

(Braude Beat: NECN) - The big Pennsylvania primary. Clinton and Obama were both on Good Morning America Tuesday, talking about how important the primary is.

Hillary: "I have to win. I believe that's my task. And I'm going to do everything I can to win. I know very well that I'm in a real fight here. I don't see how a Democrat gets to the White House - without winning Pennsylvania. You know, we say the road to Pennsylvania Avenue goes right through Pennsylvania."

Obama: "I think all we do is just work as hard as we can. Senator Clinton, you know, started off with a big lead here. She had a 20-point lead. But we feel good about how we've chipped away at that lead, so hopefully, we'll do well."

On Monday night, the candidates appeared on WWE's "Monday Night Raw." More than 5 million people watch the show every week. Clinton and Obama didn't actually enter the ring, but animated versions of them did.

Hillary: "I'm Hillary Clinton. But tonight, in honor of the WWE, you can call me Hill-Rod. This election is starting to feel a lot like 'King of the Ring.' The only difference - the last man standing, may just be a woman."

Obama: "To the special interests who've been setting the special agenda in Washington for too long, and to all the forces of division and distraction that have stopped us from making progress for the American people, I've got one question -- do you smell what Barack is cookin'?"
