(NECN: Cape Girardeau, MO) - Sarah Palin held a "Road To Victory" rally at the Show Me Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri this morning.
"Unlike Barack Obama, John McCain will not support cutting off funding for our troops over in the war zone. Our opponents go on and on in the speeches that they make about the wars that America is fighting, and just once I would love to hear Barack Obama say that he wants America to win," said the Republican vice presidential candidate.
"If you too want to win the war, then we're asking for your vote," said the Alaska governor.
"What John McCain and I believe in, is what Ronald Reagan believed in...we believe the virtues of freedom are still worth fighting for," said Palin.
