| April 28, 2008 Wright: This country refuses to apologize
|
(NECN: Washington) - In light of the Reverend Jeremiah Wright's comments damning America, he was asked if he owed the American people an apology. Wright was also asked if he believed America was still damned.
"It's about policy, not the American people," said Wright. "God condemns some practices."
"If elected in November, Obama would be representing a government whose policies grind under people," said Wright.
"This country's leader's refuse to apologize," said Wright.
